Shipping and Return Policy
Kettlebells ship to Continental US only via UPS / FedEx and takes 7-10 business days for delivery.Kettlebells ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii via USPS for small packages that are accepted by USPS, certain restrictions apply.
Books and DVDs are shipped via USPS and are typically delivered withing 5-7 business days.
International shipping is now available, please send inquiry.
Kettlebell Inc. does not offer expedited shipping for kettlebells. Please contact Us at the link below for information on expedited shipping for books and DVDs.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or damage of a product upon arrival, the customer will notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving the product. Kettlebell Inc. will be responsible for all shipping charges in replacing the defective or damaged product.
Kettlebell Inc does not accepts returns for opened DVDs unless the product is defective. If a DVD title is defective, the customer will notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Kettlebell Inc. will replace the defective DVD with the same DVD title. If the wrong title is ordered, we will extend to the customer a store credit towards the DVD product of your choice minus shipping charges. Any DVD product that is returned for credit, must be unopened and in its factory shrink-wrap. There will also be an additional shipping charge to send the new DVDs. If you have an item to return for store credit you must Contact Us within 7 days of purchase.
Preordered product orders cannot be cancelled after product has been tagged for shipping. Customer agrees to pay cancellation fee for cancellation of preordered product order. Cancellation fee will vary depending on specific item ordered.
Prearranged Local Pickup
Prearranged Local Pickup is for any sized kettlebells and select products only. Please note that pickup is in Dallas, TX only.
